Okay accountability.

I am cracking down on this weight loss journey of mine I need to lose this weight for me yes me. Health wise I know I am not healthy i need to lose some of this excess weight to be healthy I want to be healthy for my wonderful husband and my awesome kids. I want to be healthier so I can wear all my cloths that have been stowed away in a box waiting for one day when I lose some weight! S for breakfast today I had a protein smoothie shake. Actually it was pretty tasty I added 6 oz of 2% milk 1 1/2 s oops of coconut choclate protein powder and a little boston cream pie light yougurt from hoopla it along with 2 1/2 cups of spinich blended it and I must say it was tasty and a cording to my fitness pal app I spent 351 calories on my shake:) and I know I got protein fat and fiber all in one tall glass:) I need encouragement in this guys so often I fall short and quit or just get lax in my weightloss cause I feel I am just on my own I guess but I feel maybe by blogging it I am making it more official and that I will stick to it a lil more! Here is my goals. 1: to lose some weight to improve my overall health 2: start running more frequently than just once to three times a week ( I want to be up to 5) 3: give my hubby and kids a woman who is strong healthy and fit because she loves and respects herself enough she dedicated herself to losing the weight that she didnt need. 4: drink more water 5: encourage others to get healthy too 6: to finally realize that I am strong enough to do this again:)
