Okay accountability.

I am cracking down on this weight loss journey of mine I need to lose this weight for me yes me. Health wise I know I am not healthy i need to lose some of this excess weight to be healthy I want to be healthy for my wonderful husband and my awesome kids. I want to be healthier so I can wear all my cloths that have been stowed away in a box waiting for one day when I lose some weight! S for breakfast today I had a protein smoothie shake. Actually it was pretty tasty I added 6 oz of 2% milk 1 1/2 s oops of coconut choclate protein powder and a little boston cream pie light yougurt from hoopla it along with 2 1/2 cups of spinich blended it and I must say it was tasty and a cording to my fitness pal app I spent 351 calories on my shake:) and I know I got protein fat and fiber all in one tall glass:) I need encouragement in this guys so often I fall short and quit or just get lax in my weightloss cause I feel I am just on my own I guess but I feel maybe by blogging it I am making it more official and that I will stick to it a lil more! Here is my goals. 1: to lose some weight to improve my overall health 2: start running more frequently than just once to three times a week ( I want to be up to 5) 3: give my hubby and kids a woman who is strong healthy and fit because she loves and respects herself enough she dedicated herself to losing the weight that she didnt need. 4: drink more water 5: encourage others to get healthy too 6: to finally realize that I am strong enough to do this again:)

Eat not so costly but oh so yummy with Kroger fried chicken

I just want to start by saying I am a chicken addict chicken is the main meat we eat and it's a awesome alternative to red meat I do love red meat but chickens my main meal planning meat! I was offered a chance by a wonderful company called bzzagent to try deli fried chicken from Kroger free ( for those who don't know what bzzagent is its a word of mouth company they select people based on demographics and your own answer to their surveys to participate in campaigns where you get to try awesome products free and all you owe in return is your opinion and to tell them when u talk about the product with others!) we also recieved coupons to try Kroger kettle chips free and a liter of good ol coke a cola we loved the chicken it didnt taste like store bought chicken it tasted like what you would get at a restraint that specializes in fried chicken the meat was moist and flavor ful and I definatly recomend! The chips were also awesome we chose BBQ kettle chips by Kroger and even the pickiest eater my two year old loved it. If you are looking for a tasty eat out picnic food or just a fast tasty dinner stop by your local Kroger deli and let their fried chicken be your dinner it's awesome affordable and yummy I give it 5 stars outta 5 we loved it! Eat up;) Kroger and bzzagent did supply me with free coupons however the opinions in this blog are all my own I loved the fried chicken from Kroger!

Kroger smoothie bars

I recently tried these yougurt bars in triple berry for free thanks to bzzagent. If you are not sure what bzzagent is bzzagent is a word of mouth company that lets you try products free of charge and all you owe in return is to report back your conversations, blog posts and or even tweets to let them now how loved, disliked or accepted the product was! These smoothie bars were a great one for my family my two year old is so picky and he loved these smoothie bars in fact he ate most of the first box and loved them. They a low cal and fat so the creamy indulgence of these smoothie bars was awesome and didnt leave me afterward with that feeling of " ugh that treat just set me back on my diet" I loved that they are from Kroger and that even normal price at my store were under 5$ a box definatly recomend you try this no guilt treat from Kroger I tried triple berry but they also have other varietys like strawberry bannana and even so other low cal ice cream treats! Although bzzagent and Kroger supplied me with the coupon to try my box free they didn't tell me what to say in this post or that I should love them as much as I do, that's all me!!!! Fast metabolism diet . Did I eat today( d.i.e.t)

Hi guys today I really am excited to share with you all today my expirence ths far with the fast metabolism diet by haylie pomroy. I recieved this book for free from haylie pomroy and Shespeaks.com and I really have enjoyed reading it and starting to put it in place in my everyday life. Some of my main favorites about this book are 1: this diet is not about deprivation or starvation ( sure you are asked to give certain foods up for a alotted time, but it doesn't ask you never eat them again) 2: re I pies are included in the end portion of the book 3: it walks you throu the diet for vegan, gluten free and other special circumstances too:) 4: I love that it encourages eating organic when possible because I already feel so much better about not eating chemicals. And 5: it helps shed weight fast! I have done this diet pretty closely for about 1 1/2 weeks and already feel different ive lost a few pounds but I try not to weigh myself to often, but I truly feel healthier. Weight to me is a small factor in the big scene of how healthy I am! I do think haylie is on to something with this diet it's a "smart diet" in my opinion cause I really don't think it asks anything to unrealistic and all it asks is you follow the phases 1,2,and 3 and that you eat according to those for 28 days. 28 days to a healthier body really isn't much to ask, I mean that's less than a month! I loved that some of my favorite foods can be eaten on this diet like tuna and even have smoothies one of which their is a great recipie for on page 181. If you have been debating a lifestyle change Haylie pomroy's fast metabolism diet may be just what you need it keeps me feeling full and yet it's helping me gain control over my health my life and my metabolism! I can honestly say I am grateful to have been chosen as part of the group of bloggers to recieve a free copy from fastmetabolismdiet/and Shespeaks I have enjoyed reading and applying this diet to my every day life! Also for those tech savvy peopl out their their is a great app for iPhone/iPod/ipad to go along with this book and diet and help track you a little more too! My crunch able campaign with green giant and veggie and sweet potato chips!

Okay I know what you're thinking veggie chips? hunks of unattractive veggies freeze dried and barley salted to try to replace a bad habit of greasy yet very tasty potato chips. No not at all in fact I think is is one of the best versions of veggie chips I found! I received my free sample bags from bzz agent, if you aren't sure what bzz agent is you are sadly missing out but here is a quick Rachel run down for ya.bzz agent is a word of mouth company basically they send you products to test and give your opinion of free of charge and all you owe in return is to tell them your honest opinion and report back to them when you tell others about the products whether you loved them or hated them its super easy and so fun and I have found a lot of undiscovered products I love with bzz agent I love it!!!! These green giant veggie chips I received two varieties " cheddar tortilla chips" and also " sweet potato with sea salt" neither chip had I ever heard of really before this so I assume they are new to the market but I really enjoyed them they actually resembled really chips and tortilla chips so even my 2 and 4 year olds ate them and they are extremely picky!!! I loved the fact that the sweet potato ones also included multi grain in them!!!! I wasn't ex tactic about the chips myself i did really enjoy them but I think what floored me was my youngest kids loved them and I seriously say these two are the pickiest children ever. The seemed to really prefer the " multigrain sweet potato chips with sea salt" the best so I would defiantly put these on my grocery list for them again! I love the idea of incorporating more veggies and grains that are healthy into my kids so these chips are awesome! I would really recommend these if you want a healthier alternate to regular greasy potato chips they are one of the best "healthier" versions I have tried and better yet my kids loved them! So check them out being made by green giant a name we trust I love that and also they are affordable for the average everyday family that's a huge plus! Triple nutrition dry oil from garnier

Omg was I excited as a school girl when I was chosen for this campaign as you guys now know anything fashion and beauty related is all up my alley and thrills me to death so this multi purpose oil was a excellent product for me to review! I loved the scent and I the fast absorption of this oil it worked great on not only managing fly always in my hair but also at moustirizing the skin on my legs and arms! This product says it can be used on your face as well but since I still sometimes have acne battles I didn't use this on my face at all.but for dry skin this stuff is awesome and its not as greedy or messy as lotion! I noticed when I used this in my hair I had better results when I sprayed on my hands and worked it through my hair if I sprayed it directly on I got too much. My sister echos that Same feeling about applying to hair so keep that in mind! But we both have tried and loved this product! My fave part in using this in my hair is I have some pieces that are shorter than others mostly from being broken from hair assesories and such and this helped calm those down a bit and left my hair more polished looking! I also as far as skin goes noticed this really worked well on my legs as they get dry a lot in the winter and I noticed in sevrel days of using this once a day the skin was less dry! My nescafe coffe bzzagent campaign!

Hey guys been a while but I wanted to give a hey how are ya and introduce you guys to my newest bzzagent campaign "nescafe memento" nescafe memento is a convince coffee and it tastes great I was sent three flavors to try for free from the wonderful bzzagent. (For those of you who just aren't sure what bzzagent is I will once again clue you in to the Rachel short of bzzagent bzzagent is a wonderful company that sends you products to try out in your own home to try and review for free, yes free and all you own in return is your honest opinion maybe a photo or two and to tell others your honest opinion of the products you tested,for more info visit bzzagent.com! ) they sent me Mocha,Caramel latte and Cappuccino my fave was the Cappuccino it was probably the boldest flavor of the three but all of these were amazing and are you ready for the shocker they are 100 calories a piece! That is a totally doable tasty coffee for me! You can mix these with milk also I tried and they were creamier and thicker but obviously that tops more calories on that 100 cal snack so totally up to you! The thing I was most impressed with these coffees is the amount of froth I whipped up on top of my lattes with nothing more than a spoon it was awesome I took some picks and even wrote on them in syrup that tells you how much yummy froth their was! I defiantly love these coffees from nescafe they go so far and beyond what instant coffee is to me and I am so great fil to bzzagent for sending them to me for free. Another great option is stick this little packet in your lunch bag and take to the office to get you up and over the 3 o clock slump:) I defiantly recommend these if you are a mellow kind of coffee drinker go with the caramel latte, if you want just a tad more coffee taste dive forth in to the mocha and if you crave a kick more of coffee stir yourself a cup of my favorite the Cappuccino you will not regret it since its only 100 calories when mixed with hot water and its so good! Oh my goodness Let me say when I first heard of Carbmaster milk and yougurt from kroger I though "hmmm I thought lower carb options were already available" But being determinded to stick to this new year new Rachel life I decided these would be a great options and a "good for me" option. I went to the store armed with my free gift card from bzzagent.com to pick out my goodies and was so thrilled the yougurts came in flavors like "cinnamon roll, black forrest cake, caramel spice cake, carrot cake and white choclate razberry" and every single one I have tried has been awesome my fave so far by far is the cinnamon roll! kroger dosent stop at just these great low carb flavors either though they now offer kroger Greek yougurt too and they are just as tasty as the name brand and better yet cheaper and they even have a light version! I must say I was very impressed by all the varities of their greek yougurt to but my favorite greek yougurt is always strawberry dosent matter I swear it will always be my favorite greek yogurt and the kroger one was tasty! They kroger co also offers "carbmaster nonfat milk" I was able to find the half gallon and let me tell you the thing I love the most about this and the yogurt is they are lower on carbs and I just feel so much better when I dont eat as many and I feel like my little dairy splurges arent setting me back so far in my diet journey when i indulge in these low carb options!I love that the greek yogurt adds more protein too cause I always feel my choices in food lack in that department,a lot. I love that bzzagent sent coupons for me to pass along and I was able to pass out and even mail these to friends and family i told ablout my free bzzagent dairy treats and they didnt have to just take my word they could then try for themselves! So if you need a protein bursting flavorful greek yogurt that dosent break the bank seriously try kroger greek or kroger greek lite they are very good and same if you need or are in search of tasty lower carb options try these" good for you" carbmaster yogurts and also their low carb carbmaster milk they are worth every penny.I think I am going to officially convert my yogurts to these cause with price and taste these varities leave me fully satisfied!I love them<3 Have you tried these new yougurts at kroger if so leave a comment below let me know your faves! All razors are equal? thats a no and a definate no

Have you ever just figured a razors a razor and bought a cheap razor to get you buy till you have more cash to splurge on a nice one.I know I have And I have paid for that razor in cuts,knicks and razor burn.Well I recently tested and tried a razor called schick Hydro silk courtosy of Bzzagent.com If you dont know what bzzagent Is it is " a word of mouth company" in Rachel short version they send you either a free product to try or give you a fairly steep discount of a product and you test it and basicly agree to tell others how you love or hate the product!I have yet to ever recieve a product from them that wasnt super easy to bzz about and super awesome! This Hydro silk razor from schick is no exception I love the soft rubber handle and the moustirizing serium on this razor is just plain awesome at keeping my legs smooth this razor has five blades and I found on my legs one swipe pretty much in each spot was all it took to get from hairy to well not:)I also recieved some great pass along coupons to give out and I have to say everyone I have offered them too is super excited to try it. This razor is nice to hold nice to use and gets my legs smoother than most I have tried I even think I would buy it again even if *gasp* I had no coupons:) I love the fact that I read on the schick hydro silk website under their FAQ that the moustirising serum is Hypoallergenic too! I also saw them for under $8.00 at my store so they probaly will be somewhere in that bal park even with out a coupon and all in all for a great razor than shaves close smooth and well that aint bad! loreal bb cream from shespeaks!!

Hi guys as promised friday I am gonna update you! Alrighty quickly I am just gonna say for those who didnt read my little quicky blog on friday I recieved a great nbew beauty product last week to test out for Shespeaks.com and from Loreal Paris I recieved "magic skin beautifier bb cream" and I am in love with this stuff I couldnt get the time to do a video blog review but I did take some pics I am going to post for you guy. Let me say as a 29 year old woman I have struggled on and off with acne my entire life and I have caked foundation and coverup and makeup on since I was a teen and this cream actually says it "primes,protects,hydrates and corrects" and I am really impressed with my skin after just a week I really like the look of it as you apply the cream it blends to your skin(another thing I loved) I also loved that its affordable as a young mom of two young kids I dont always have a ton of spare cash to drop on makeup and when I scoped this out this weekend its really affordable!!! I am so excited to have found a makeup I was comfortable wearing that didnt make my skin look fake! I wore the bb cream out with just "the bb cream" and then Lip gloss and mascara and I actually loved the look and it was simple! alright As you can tell I am impressed by the magic bb cream! And super blessed by this oppertunity from Shespeaks and Loreal Paris to Try it out! so here as promised are my pictures!

Campbells Go Soup

First off Appoloogies if My picture is sideways I load it rightways and it flips hmm no idea what I did there!! Today I want to share my expirence with Campbells Go Soup and mmm mm was it tasty a bit spicy but tasty too! I am already in plans to have coconut curry varity too by cambells go!These are great lunch options and fast to for work or to eat while blogging and they dont taste like fast food but are suupre quick to make the varitey I tried is the one pictured to avoid misspelling I will call it chicken with chillies:) I found it very tasty and a bit spicy, not one my kiddos eat but one for me and daddy sometime again! Alright this one is for guys too You guys know I am loving me some cosmetic items these days and one I have rediscovered lately is painting my nails in the summer I had a easy time maintaining the polished nail look but this fall winter my nails and hands alike were suffering even cracking and splitting. HI guys who has tried a great new beauty product in 2013? well I have and let me tell you I think I am hooked this "loreal magic bb cream" is so cool and I recieved it for free to test out from a awesome company called shespeaks and also loreal I will post she speaks website below at the end:) I am also going to include some pictures and since today is only day three of using the bb cream for me I am gonna post a final review in a few days so heads up and watch for it, I may even include a video review!! One of the cool things about this cream is it actually comes out white-ish and adjusts to your own skin tone the sent me "light" whitch is a perfect color for me and it blends well and dosent look cakey or fake at all! I loved when I visited my local mass merchant I found it easy amoung the loreal products and it was not extreamly costly like some new products are. This magic bb cream is made to "prime, Perfect,Hydrate and correct skin". I really like this cause I can almost forget I have it on and still look a bit more polished than normal!I have always dealt with some acne and dry skin and gross issues since I was in high school and this definatly hides some of that as its a bit more embarrassing as i near(gasp) thirty.
